• To comply with Federal law, we must use our best efforts to obtain, maintain and submit the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $50 per election cycle.
• Contributions are limited to $2,100.00 per contributor per election phase: $2,100 for the primary/nomination phase ending in April 2006; another $2,100 for the general election,for a total of $4,200.00 per individual per election or $8,400 per couple.
• Checks written for two-person contributions must be signed by both.
• Corporations, trusts, associations and partnerships may not contribute to federal-office candidates.
• Persons under 18 years of age may only contribute personal money that is not controlled by anyone else.
• Campaign contributions are not tax-deductible
